Went into leicester branch today to purchase a riser chair for me took a look at the maxicomfort cloud but we were consulted by Michael turner in the branch and he knew what he was talking about and told us it would be unsuitable for me and explained in detail why this was and he recconmended another for and also why that was the best for me
this was the comfort seeker serenti We must say that Michael turner is a asset to care co also he was very polite jovial and sincere thanks michale for giving us a very good shopping experience

My mum brought the Chestnut Lynton riser reciner with massage and heat facility. This was delivered and assembled by Andy. He was fantastic. He was very jolly, polite and respectful. He showed my mum how to use it and explained the medical benefits of the various positions of the chair and how she can safely rise it to a standing position to avoid her falling. He listened patiently and explained it clearly. The quality of the chair is great. Well worth the money.

unfortunately i had a faulty item and it had to go back to be replaced
but customer services dealt with very professionally
and very pleased with how Talia Zagger dealt with it very nice and pleasant

We were dealt with promptly and when the item I wanted wasn’t in stock they ordered it for me and I have seen on my website that it is already on its way. Karen was very helpful and friendly

I went to Exeter to look at walking frames to get for my husband. Amanda who showed us them was very helpful. We ordered it on Monday 6/02/23 an email was sent to confirm the order had been made. The next day we were told we would be contacted when it would arrive which we were on Wednesday 8/02/23 and it arrived the time that they gave. My husband is very pleased with the item and with the way we were kept informed of when to expect it to arrive.

I ordered a refurbished recliner chair from the Careco outlet in Braintree.
Delivery was within the stated time of 7-10 days.
On the day it was to be delivered I was called by Daryl to say what time he would be arriving.
He set up the chair where I wanted it and spent time to show me how to use the buttons on the controller etc.
I couldn’t fault this service and would recommend to my friends and family.

So far every time I’ve had contact with this company it’s been utterly amazing. The delivery was way faster than I expected on my mums wheelchair and then when I had an issue with it they replied within two hours to my email and dispatched replacement part’s immediately! I couldn’t wish to deal with a better customer service team absolutely incredible. So friendly and helpful I’ll definitely be going back there for any future needs. Great choice of products at very reasonable prices and incredible service. Ps Sophie deserves a raise!

Customer care were helpful and the staff were good the only problem I had was I had to keep chasing them about my chair which took longer than the 7-14 day which they said it would take arrive. I paid for delivery and demonstration, delivered by Daryl who phoned day before to give me a definite time he would arrive and he explained everything clearly and i would give him 10/10

My sister was given exemplary assistance by Mr. Eves when we visited CareCo in Canterbury to select a reclining chair which we were delighted to find was made in the UK. He showed immense patience explaining how everything worked and to my amazement my sister, who is far from well, was able to try several different chairs. Actually, she came alive when she went into CareCo as she has not been strong enough to leave her home for some time. Thank you CareCo for all your help, she also purchased a standard lamp which has already arrived. Excellent service which we highly recommend.

Excellent service by very helpful staff.
Nothing was to much trouble. They prepared several scooters for me to try out inside the shop and outside to get a true feel of riding on the street. Also looked at reclining chairs and the staff knowledge on each was appreciated. Will recommend to everyone that i know.

Excellent customer service and advice from knowledgeable staff at the Blaydon branch. My second time in the last 2 weeks to view and order. I cannot praise their service enough! Far more models to test, much cheaper than other businesses in the area, and I continue to be amazed by the knowledge of the staff on all their products

Having recently purchased a Kona Ultralight Tri-Walker, on unpacking, I found two minor issues with it and contacted Customer Services. My telephone call was dealt with by Jamie Bishop who was very pleasant, patient and understanding and very efficiently resolved the two issues. From my initial dealings with the sales staff to Customer Services I cannot speak too highly re the manner I have been dealt with and would recommend CareCo without hesitation. The product purchased is first class and was very reasonably priced.

Hi there when my dad and I came to your Brierley hill branch my dad wanted to purchase a fold up scooter and we were served my Ryan and he was very helpful and polite and he demonstrated how the scooter worked and let my dad have a little go on one my dad did purchase one and the service was really good I think Ryan did a great job

Great service in the Blaydon showroom and a thorough explanation and demonstration of all the riser chairs. Ordered on a Friday and chose free delivery ( up to 5 days ) but chair actually due for delivery the following day. Delivery company had a problem with their van but kept us informed all day and couldn't have been more helpful rearranging and delivered the following day (Sunday) Top Marks !!
